The cottage can sleep twelve people in three king size doubles (two with en-suite facilities) and three twin bedrooms as well as a family shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove.
To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Hybadore Coach House is a fantastic cottage which can be enjoyed all year round.

Wonderful house with fantastic hosts!
Had a wonderful week in the coach house down at Hybadore. Terry was great and very helpful, always on hand with with help and guidance for information of the local area.
The pool table was a great hit with the family.
We were also lucky to get a trip into the brewery on site - Jo was great and very insightful, we?ve all purchased some cider, gin and olive oil!

We have just come back from a fabulous stay, 3 family's all of various ages, beautiful house with everything you could wish for, kids had a fantastic time, beautiful grounds, Terry and Sarah Jayne very helpful with all our questions, we will be back .

Lovely place
Home from home. All bedrooms were amazing. Plenty of bathrooms for all of us. Kitchen a great room for cooking eating and chatting the time away! Upstairs was excellent. Games, tv, sound system and plenty of space to relax or enjoy each other's company. Grounds were lovely and very accommodating hosts. Close to many things in the local area. Great week away, would definitely recommend it to anyone!
