A Truly amazing place
I have loved staying at bracken beck, the owners have done such a fantastic job of this conversion, it's lay out is perfect, it has adequate space, the furniture and bedding all give it a lovely feel, it's definitely the best place I?ve stayed in a long time, it has a fully equipped kitchen which is fab for home cooked food as some places lack basic essentials, not this place, it has a full size fridge and full size freezer plus a washing machine, a lovely log fire that came well stocked with complementary wood and kindle with the option to buy more which is stocked on the premises, there are plenty of local walks to go on, so much wildlife in the back garden, it's just stunning, the only thing I couldn?t get used to, being a town family we are so used to having clear water, the water here is discoloured, it was?t suitable for my partner as he suffers from ibs and it did give him a dodgy stomach, mine was fine though and they do supply bottled water as well so don't let this put you off, the down stairs radiator does click a lot but you do get used to it, i would highly recommend this beautiful place so much so that I will definitely be booking another trip here, les and liz thank you for the welcome gifts, I?m now hooked on wensleydale cheese and will be sad to leave this place, also thanks to bracken beck my partner has quit smoking, what a great start to 2020
