Bens Row Cottage is a lovely terraced cottage situated in Backbarrow, Cumbria. It has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk room, with a separate family bathroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room, as well as a utility area.
Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Roadside parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Bens Row Cottage is the ideal holiday spot for parents and their little ones.

Very unhappy with our stay! We had no hot water or heating for 28hrs due to the gas system having a problem, We then had to wait in ( so had to change plans ) for the Gas engineer to come he arrived at 7pm, & he told me it has a fault which will keep occurring, The Electricity tripped many times !! each day, the Landlord stated on the phone this was when A bulb went, this was not the case as it also tripped through the night as my alarm clock was flashing when I awoke late, It tripped when we did not even switch on a light also, The oven / cooker was hot to the touch although it was only on at the Mains & no hobs or oven switched on!!,We did not use it, Very Dangerous please be aware of this, the Mattresses are very stained, on a plus side the location is very good, the fixtures a quite High end,
