Wonderful house and hosts
We had a fabulous holiday here at seagreen. The house was amazing and every little detail thought of including treat box for dogs ?? the hosts kept us updated and even arranged special equiptment we needed last minute. Absolutely amazing host and dog friendly. The house was lovely and the hideaway cabin in garden is beautiful. We visited the lake District which was only 45 mins away and lots to do nearby. Highly recommend this house.

Stunning dog friendly accommodation
We have returned home after spending a week at tranquil Silloth whilst staying at the flawless Seagreen View. The house's location is perfect to explore the local area on foot and is very quiet and relaxing. We spent the week trying to find fault in this home-from-home but failed miserably Seagreen View has everything that both humans and woofers need for a comforting stay and break away. Melanie and Gary are highly commended for putting as much thought and effort into providing for dogs as they do the humans. The welcome hampers (humans and dogs) were an appreciated touch and highlights the ?extra mile? the owners took to ensure our stay was enjoyable and went smoothly. The communications pack and instructions were clear and concise but I knew Melanie was on hand in the event of queries/problems. Leading up to and during the stay I established that nothing was too much trouble for the owners. The ?pixie hut? is just the dog's thingies. This awesome extra makes Seagreen View unique and adds to the atmosphere this house provides. I begrudgingly (because it?ll become too popular ) recommend this home if you plan to visit the northern side of Cumbria - you won?t be disappointed.

Home from home
We stayed as a group of 5 adults, 2 children and a baby. Three generations. Everyone's needs are perfectly catered for in this extremely well equipped house. Beautifully clean with thought given to everything that may be needed. BBQ hut is fab and the games room is great. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed spending time in the garden too. Plenty of seating for all. We visited the Lake District Wildlife Park and Maryport for the aquarium and crazy golf, which all ages enjoyed.
