This attractive, ground floor barn conversion set on the Graythwaite Estate near Hawkshead in Cumbria sleeps ten people in three bedrooms.
Grubbings is a spacious, ground floor cottage on the Graythwaite Estate in the Lake District National Park. The property has five bedrooms; two doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and three twins, sleeping ten people. There's also a bathroom and a shower room as well as a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove.
Outside, there is a shared courtyard garden, ample-off road parking and beautiful extensive grounds to explore, as well as use of on-site facilities like the indoor swimming pool, fitness suite and trout fishing lake. Grubbings is a fantastic base for an adventure-filled holiday in the Lake District.
