i would love to write a review on this property BUT !!!!!!
Having booked on this lodge for a first family holiday after lock down on a Friday evening, paying deposit and receiving confirmation, thought all was well only to receive an email on following WEDNESDAY basically just saying accommodation was double booked so sorry your holiday is cancelled no explanation was offered and no alternatives offered. Think they are taking advantage and selling to the highest bidder !!. customer service none existent I spent 2 x 30 mins trying to get an answer my wife spent 2 hrs still no positive results. Offered full refund but how long will that take. Disappointed for the kids who were so looking forward to getting away and completely dissatisfied with the service/response when eventually received. Proceed with caution !
