First of all, the pictures don't do this house justice. It is absolutely stunning and much bigger than it seems. I stayed here with my husband, 4 adult children and my daughters partner for a week at the end of August. It's so spacious that we spent more time at the house than we thought we would. The open plan living area is perfect for games around the table, cooking a meal and a few relaxing drinks in the lounge area. Just perfect!! We arrived far too early on the Saturday but Lin, the housekeeper, got us in early knowing we had arrived. She left us a beautiful welcome basket which was much appreciated. Lin came to visit us a couple of times and nothing was too much. The electric went out in the second day but after a phone call to Lin, an electrician was round within ten minutes and had sorted it! Thank you Lin, so welcoming, nothing too much trouble! (My son left his wallet and it was posted out 1st class. Amazing service) The house is immaculate too, sparkling to within an inch of its life. Just a tip... the cutlery drawer is in a secret compartment in the top of the first big drawer... good job my daughter works at IKEA!! Our kids have said it was the best holiday they?ve had with us (and we?ve been many places) just because the house had a real family feel, a home away from home that allowed us to relax as a family in a central location knowing everything was covered. Thank you guys for an absolutely perfect getaway at a time when things are so different.

Really well presented, luxury townhouse.
Really well presented, luxury townhouse. Very clean. Wonderful welcome, with a lovely hamper on arrival. Lin, the housekeeper, was very nice, we mentioned a shower door that needed fixing, it was fixed immediately. Internet connectivity is very good (FTTC at 50Mbps/10Mbps d/u if you need exact details for work/play). Tea and coffee was available on arrival. Just to mention that the property does have a washing machine / tumble dryer combi which was very useful, but doesn?t have a microwave as listed. The top floor of the house is stunning. On the ground floor, you can slide open the bi-fold doors to make a massive outdoor / indoor area, which is wonderful. Only downside was the temperature in the house, we had a warm four days out of seven which was awesome for the beach but the house is so well insulated it's really quite hot. That's fine if you can leave all the windows open, but on a Friday and Saturday night don't expect much sleep with noisy people at 3am. With the windows closed it's completely silent, but very hot. Good upgrade to the house would be air conditioning. Just to mention the car ports ? put a big car in the lower car port, and only put a small car in the higher car port (no bigger than an Astra).
