Lower Ground Floor Stairs lead to the lower ground floor and to a large kitchen diner with stone flagged floor and a wood burning stove ? perfect for enjoying meals in front of the fire in the cooler months. The kitchen, with its adjacent utility room, is well-equipped with electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, TV, washing machine. There is a lovely scrubbed farmhouse table in the centre of the room to enjoy meals whilst planning the day or reliving it over dinner! There is a newly installed shower room with shower - ideal for when you come off the beach! - WC and hand wash basin.

Ground Floor The front door opens to a hallway, which in turn leads to an elegant, good size drawing room, which has a gas fire, comfortable seating and TV/DVD, a selection of DVDs, books and games plus a state-of-the-art Sonos music system 3. It is a lovely, light room for enjoying pre-dinner drinks, watching a movie or sitting, relaxing with the Sunday newspapers. First Floor The elegant curved staircase, with its polished original wood balustrade, leads to the first floor, where are two bedrooms both with views towards the harbour ? a large double bedroom with king size bed with an original fireplace (decorative) and TV.

There is also a twin bedroom with two full size single beds. On this floor is a shower room with underfloor heating, shower, WC and hand wash basin. Second Floor A further flight of stairs takes you to the second floor and two further bedrooms; again with views of the harbour and Whitby Abbey.

There is a double bedroom with king size bed and TV plus a twin bedroom with two full size single beds. On this floor is a smart house bathroom with underfloor heating, an elegant free-standing bath, shower attachment, WC and hand wash basin. Outside To the front is a small garden area where you can sit and enjoy your morning cuppa in the sun.

There is a small rear hallway with a door that leads to an enclosed courtyard garden, which has planters with flowers and small shrubs plus a table and chairs and a stone-built stand for disposable BBQs, so remember to bring yours and enjoy al fresco dining!
