Dirty messy hut Bad or no support
Arrived as per Sykes instructions to find a non COVID compliant hut
Not cleaned old towels mess debri around with no email from anyone to say don't enter
After 3 hrs after he in time we were told no cleaner get a hotel
Owner no help and Sykes cottages are good at saying will ring back and don't all totally useless
Had to clean myself as kids wanted to stay and couldn?t get a hotel on short notice

Amazing stay
We are just coming to the end of a wonderful week here. It's such a lovely place with everything you need to relax and unwind. The lodge was spotlessly clean and very comfortable
We found some great cafes and restaurants in Filey. You can walk to Filey along the beach but we chose to drive. The beach is beautiful and is accessed by a step gradual slope.
I would highly recommend this place and can?t wait to book again!! Thanks Vanessa and Nigel
