Ideal place to visit Whitby
This 2 bedroomed annexe bung alow had just come on the rental scene. It was very clean, comfortable seating in lounge and exceptional comfy double beds. Would have liked a welcome pack on arrival like most do but hey ho. The kitchen was well equipped, no corkscrew or scissors tho. Half a toilet roll wasn't sufficient for a week either. Would have liked a vacuum cleaner just to whizz round at end of week, because when dogs are allowed don't like leaving odd dog hairs. Did our washing one day,fab position for washing on line outside wax dry in no time.ideal for walking into Whitby along cinder track too,and the pub over the field was very good, would I recommend, most definitely

Nice little retreat
Me and hubby with our dog are staying here at the moment, we found it very clean, lovely comfy beds, and comfortable sofas. We aren't used to traffic passing by through the night, so would recommend earplugs if you are light sleepers. Would have been a nice touch to have received a welcome pack of bare essentials on arrival, not even a tea bag. Other holiday rentals we have stayed in have supplied cling film, kitchen roll, and maybe 2or 3 toilet rolls, sadly this wasn't one of them. Luckily there is an Aldi just up the road so had to stock up on bare essentials. There was no literature about the area to be found in the property and a visitors book would have been a nice touch so the owners could get some feedback from the renters. A hairdryer would have been nice too, other than that, it is a nice place to stay for a short break
