The Hayloft is a semi-detached cottage resting in the village of Spofforth in North Yorkshire. Hosting one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. An open-plan living space contains the kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
To the outside there is an allocated parking space and a patio with access to a shared courtyard as well. The Hayloft is in perfect reach of the wonderful spa town of Harrogate, ideal for a couple's break.

Nice cottage at a very busy farm
The Hayloft is spotless, beautifully designed and very handy for Harrogate and the surrounding countryside. It's truly boutique standard in its decor and design.
Our stay was drastically shortened due to a family bereavement, but we found our brief visit slightly anonymous. There was no sign of the owners and no welcome pack (not even a pint of milk, even though this is a dairy farm!).
Also bear in mind that this is an agricultural business rather than a picture-postcard farm and farming vehicles were active from early until late. It's not somewhere we would have wanted to sit out for an evening if we had been able to stay for longer, as it overlooks a steel barn and a farmyard. There is also a busy road directly behind the cottage so there is some traffic noise if windows or doors are open.
