This lovely character cottage is located close to the centre of the town of Axminster in Devon. The cottage has three bedrooms; a king-size double, a double and a twin, sleeping six guests, along with a sofa bed in the sitting room, if you have extra guests. The property also consist of a family bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove.
Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, as well as a landscaped garden with seating area. Tindle House is a great base for exploring Devon and Dorset.

Unbelievable
I am astounded that this property in still being advertized as a holiday let by Sykes Cottages.
I have recently been in lengthy complaint correspondence with Sykes regarding our stay at this cottage . We had numerous issues, but the most serious related to builders debris located in the gravelled garden area. Panes of glass, slates, ladders, bricks etc etc. We had three young children who were unable to access the gravelled garden because this debris presented a significant health and safety hazard.There were many h/s issues within the property too. All these were photographed and sent to Sykes cottage as evidence of our complaint. Sykes cottages were unable to be of any assistance to us as, they said the owner refuted our evidence and complaints!! Sykes cottages did say that the property would be watched / removed from their books, but I see that it is still being advertised!!?
We will not book with Sykes again, for we do not believe their vetting system is rigourous enough.
