Pestbury House is a spacious, detached house resting in Wern near Llandrinio, Powys and can sleep 12 people in six bedrooms.

There are six bedrooms, including a ground-floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor double, three doubles and a ground-floor bunk. On the ground floor sits a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, whilst upstairs a family bathroom has a free standing bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. An open-plan living space hosts a kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove, with a neighbouring utility and sitting room with woodburning stove.

Heating is oil and the kitchen has a range cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, whilst the utility has a tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

Highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside there is off-road parking for six cars and a large rear garden with decking, furniture and barbecue. This property welcomes pets.
