There are four bedrooms, including a second-floor king-size with en-suite, a double with an en-suite, and two twin rooms, one with a zip/link feature. There is also a bathroom.

Outside, there is a rear decked area with furniture, two off-road parking spaces and two on-street parking spaces. This property is pet-friendly, however, smoking is not permitted. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available.
