Waters Reach is a magnificent, detached holiday home settled in Abersoch, Gwynedd and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Hosting four bedrooms: one ground-floor king-size, one ground-floor double, one twin with sitting area, TV and en-suite cloakroom, one ground-floor twin with TV, as well as a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. There is also a kitchen/diner, living/dining room and a utility. The kitchen offers double electric ovens and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy three TVs with Freeview, WiFi and a selection of books. Outside there is a multi-level, enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, shed, barbecue and furniture. The property's heating is powered by gas, which is included in the cost of rent, along with power, towels and bed linen.

A highchair and travel cot are available at the dwelling. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The shop and pub are situated less than 1 miles away, whilst the beach is less than 1 miles away.
