This well-presented holiday home has five bedrooms consisting of a king-size, a double and three singles. There's also a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, two-ring integrated hob, AGA, fridge, and two dishwashers, along with a utility with a washing machine and freezer. The sitting room has a TV, and the dining room has seating for ten guests and a woodburning stove.

Outside, there is a rear patio with furniture and a stream, as well as off-road parking for five cars. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the stove, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price, This is a pet-free, smoke-free property and due to the stream in the garden, may not be suitable for children under ten years old. A shop can be found within four miles, and a pub is 200 yard away.

Rose Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore mid Wales.
