The living areas in this Grade II listed mill conversion consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher, a separate utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, a second-floor double and a second-floor twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is ample off-road parking in the nearby car park and an outdoor sitting area with barbecue as well as shared access to the extensive grounds with river running through it.

Within less than 2 miles there is a pub and shop. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.
