The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, and two doubles, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, sheltered decking, furniture and a barbecue, and a private driveway for three cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 300 yards and a pub in less than 1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Eaton House is a wonderful dwelling for exploring the East Riding of Yorkshire as a family. Note: There is a cot available which can be converted into a bed for up to a 4 year old - Please advise the owner prior to arrival if either is required
