Fairway 3 is a delightful, detached lodge resting in Southcott near Okehampton, Devon and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six, a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. There is a utility cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer also. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, along with a shower room.

Outside there is a large, decked area and allocated parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at the property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Within less than 4 miles there is a shop and within 1 miles, a pub. Conker's Lodge is a stylish holiday home with lots of on-site amenities to keep you entertained. Note: Holiday makers will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted daily or weekly pass for country club access which includes all the sports, craft, golf and spa facilities at the Manor and Ashbury hotels (subject to any planned closures).
