Seascape Cottage in Seahouses, Northumberland sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

Seascape Cottage is a mid-terraced, three storey stone built property close to the harbour with sea views from the master bedroom. The property is very comfortable and cosy, using hi-tech heating arrangements with solar panels, air source heating, and a log-burning stove in the lounge. Seascape Cottage makes the perfect base for both couples or families alike wanting to spend time close to the Heritage Coastline.

The property is adorned with the owners artwork where he has painted local scenes of Northumberland and the surrounding areas. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance in to the kitchen. Kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/drier and microwave.

Lounge with comfy seating, smart TV with Freeview, log-burning stove, dining table and chairs. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with two single beds.

Bedroom 3 with bunk beds (Childs use only). SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Table and chairs with views towards Bamburgh Castle, the Farne Islands and the sea from the velux windows.

Access to small balcony with bench. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 1 car. Small enclosed courtyard patio to the front.

All power, linen and towels provided in the rent. Regret no children under 8 years old. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
