One Church Cottage is a terraced cottage resting in Todenham, sleeping six people in three bedrooms.

Resting in the unspoilt village of Todenham is this wonderful property with charming period features, One Church Cottage, which is the perfect base for a family getaway or for a gathering of friends who are seeking a relaxing break surrounded by glorious countryside. Enter into the characterful, dual aspect sitting room, where you can look forward to an evening spent watching a film on Netflix or playing fun games with your loved ones using the selection on offer, as the woodburning stove keeps the room warm and toasty. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped country style kitchen/diner that is a delightful sociable space for you and your loved ones to enjoy your meals and even uncork a bottle of wine to toast to your exciting holiday that lies ahead.

Adjacent to the kitchen/diner is a large utility room, containing additional kitchen appliances as well as a dishwasher to help with the cleaning up! After a hearty meal, gather with your loved ones in the sitting room, or venture up to the sitting room in the eaves on the second-floor for some privacy, which enjoys fantastic far-reaching views and has a TV with Netflix access and a two-seater sofa, where you can enjoy a snuggled evening watching films. When night falls, a choice of three bedrooms are on offer; sharing its floor with the second-floor sitting room is a double room and back on the first-floor are two further well-presented bedrooms; the master is privately located one way off the divided staircase and offers lovely rural views through the dual aspect windows, containing a welcoming four-poster king-size bed, and the other room overlooks the village church, containing a double bed. In the morning, there will be no queues for the bathroom as this property benefits from a bathroom with a roll-top bath, as well as a shower room with a walk-in shower! No need to go home with a bag full of dirty washing, as you'll find a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer on the first-floor also! The delightful cottage garden is awash with colour during the spring and summer months, making it a wonderful spot in which to relax after days spent exploring the region, where there is a patio area surrounded by gorgeous potted flowers a wrought iron table and four chairs and a well-maintained lawn area with a table set, as well as a path winding its way through the beds and behind the apple tree to the end of the garden which is enclosed by a low stone wall.

A beautiful wisteria adorns the back of the cottage, along with an apricot tree, and a charcoal barbecue and fire pit are provided, great for extra dining options in the warmer weather.
