The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining room, and a sitting room with woodburning stove, Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear, multi-level garden with patio and furniture, and unrestricted roadside parking.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in less than 2 miles and a pub in less than 2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Llys Awen is a charming base for a break to Gwynedd. Note: There are steps to the exterior and in the garden.

Note: There is a public footpath to the rear of the property, before reaching the private patio area. Note: The double bed can only be accessed from one side.
