Upper House Farm Cottage is a rustic terraced cottage resting on a farm near Delph, Greater Manchester. Hosting four bedrooms, including a zip/link super-king-size, double, single and a ground-floor single with underfloor heating, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom with underfloor heating, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, sitting room and a utility room, all ground floor has underfloor heating.

Outside there is ample off-road parking for up to 5 cars with convenient nearby road access to local tourist spots and Manchester is also only a 30 minute taxi ride away. There is also a rear courtyard and an enclosed front lawn with picnic table. There is external bike storage.

2 well behaved dogs welcome. Plenty of dog walking areas from the property and a commercial dog walking field approx 2 miles away. A ramp can be provided for external steps and there is a ground floor bedroom, WC and basin but please note bathing facilities are on the first floor.
