This detached lodge has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area for six guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV, iPod dock, and electric fire, and a utility. Amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, balcony, and en-suite bathroom, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, and a ground-floor bunk, along with a ground-floor shower room.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking. Within less than 3 miles, there is a shop, and within 1.9, a pub.

Two dogs welcome - There is a £25 charge per dog, payable to the owner upon arrival; Due to being on a farm, only well behaved and non aggressive dogs are allowed and the property does not accept dogs over 25kg or certain breeds - please enquire. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Children must be supervised at all times around the lakes and grounds. Due to being on a farm, only well behaved and non aggressive dogs are allowed. Fishing must be booked through the owner and charges apply and the boat is only available during the summer season (conditions permitting).
