Located close to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, it is next to the cycle path and footpath and is within walking distance to the local shop, garage and The Lindisfarne Inn, The Barn at Beal is less than a mile away.

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with wooden floors and stairs to the first floor. Lounge with comfy seating, TV and DVD, feature fireplace with log burning stove and access to the patio and garden. Kitchen/dining room with range style cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Dining table and chairs in front of large picture window. Utility room with sink, washing machine and access to the garden. Separate WC and basin.

Bedroom 1 with King size bed, wardrobes and en suite with bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with King size bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds.
