Set across three floors and hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a second-floor king-size and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom, ground-floor shower room, open-plan living space and a utility room. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob and the utility room has a microwave, fridge and washing machine. For entertainment there is a TV and WiFi.

The central heating is powered by oil central heating and there is underfloor heating, which is included in the rental price along with bed linen, towel and power. Apologies but this property does not allow pets or children under the ages of five. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property.
