Elm Cottage rests in Llawnt, Shropshire, sleeping six guests in three bedrooms.

This stone-built cottage has three bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite basin and WC and two doubles, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. There's also a kitchen/diner, a living/dining room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Appliances include an electric hob, AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi.

Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included, and there's a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, rear, multilevel decking with furniture, and a multilevel garden with lawns and furniture. Please note that the garden paths are uneven and narrow in parts.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however smoking is not permitted. A shop and pub can be found in less than 3 miles. Elm Cottage is a picture-perfect holiday cottage for a peaceful break in the countryside.
