This endearing cottage has three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom with roll-top bath, a cloakroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area with woodburning stove and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but smoking please note this is a smoke-free home. You can find a shop within 2 miles and there is a pub just across the road.
