The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), two king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms, a double and a family room with two bunks, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, barbecue, furniture and children's play area with swing set, slide and sunken trampoline, along with off-road parking for up to six cars.

Within less than 1 miles you will find a shop and within less than 1 miles, a pub and river and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tidewater is a fabulous escape for family or group of friends in Devon.
