The living spaces in this property consist of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for six and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is a double and a twin bedroom on the first floor, and a single with a TV and a bathroom on the second floor. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture, and two parking permits are provided for SLDC public car park and on-street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price, however, logs for the woodburner are not included. Apologies, but this property doesn't permit smoking. For your local conveniences, there is a shop and pub within 200 yard.
