Outside there is an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a gravelled area, as well as permit parking for one car to the front of the property. 4 Arthur Road is the ideal setting for a fun family getaway to the West Midlands countryside. Please note the lounge gas fire is no longer in use but the property has gas central heating.

Railway station under a mile, so you can have a drive free holiday. Shakespeare's birthplace is only a 10 minute walk and The Royal Shakespeare Theatre is a 15 minute walk away. Butterfly Farm less than a mile away.

Golf course and Lido approx 2 miles away. Angling available at Recreation Park and The Lido. Please note some attractions/activities may be seasonal.

Fantastic access to the wider Cotswold region for day trips eg Bourton on the Water, Bibury Trout Farm or to Cheltenham for a day at The Races. Roadside permit parking for one car, please leave the permit in the property on check out for the next guests. Golf, cycling,walking guests all welcome.
