Summer Breeze is a well established, AA3* rated guest house in an ideal location in the centre of Newquay. Run by Karen & Andy Wilkins for the last 10 years, guests are assured a friendly welcome, clean, comfortable accommodation and a freshly cooked breakfast each day.

We have 6 bright, modern bedrooms, all of which have ensuite showers and wc's, and all are comfortably furnished with good quality beds and fittings. All rooms have TV's tea/coffee making facilities, and we provide ironing facilities, hairdryers, storage for surfboards/bikes, and we have parking on site for which there is no charge. Our convenient location means that the town centre, bars and restaurants, beaches and transport links are all on the doorstep.

Our guest house is spacious, light and airy, and our guests have their own personal room keys for unrestricted access. Summer Breeze is perfect as an informal coastal retreat - a real home from home.
