Nestled in the attractive hamlet of Whitehough, this 16th century inn offers a fantastic base location for exploring the Peak District National Park. This quaint inn boasts a busy ale trade, serving locally brewed beers and a restaurant that opens up into Whitehough Hall’s impressive Elizabethan Minstrels Gallery which serves some of the best local peak district produce available.

The Old Hall Inn is located in the attractive hamlet of Whitehough (15 minutes from Castleton & Edale, 20 minutes from Buxton) the Old Hall Inn is nestled in the valley between 'Eccles pike' and 'Cracken Edge'. We are in the heart of prime walking country and ideally situated for exploring the peaks. Many of the surrounding landmarks such as Kinder, Mam Tor and Stanage Edge are only minutes away and if country sports are not for you, there's a whole host of stately homes, quaint villages and numerous other attractions to keep you busy! Attractions nearby include Chatsworth House, Derwent Reservoir, Castleton, Kinder Scout and Stanage Edge, and Buxton.
