The Bendene Townhouse is a hidden gem close to Exeter city centre that can offer something quite unique. How many other B&B's hotels or quality guest houses can offer an outdoor swimming pool? After a great breakfast or at any other time of day you can relax with a book or newspaper around the swimming pool and patio in the south facing walled garden or of course take a dip! Either way you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of this city centre oasis.

For a memorable visit to Exeter whether for business or pleasure we offer a superb base moments from the city centre and close to all that Exeter has to offer. Housed within a beautiful Grade II listed building the Bendene Townhouse offers comfortable accommodation in single double and twin rooms; both ensuite and non-ensuite. During your stay at the Bendene Townhouse we want you to be as comfortable as possible so we try to meet all of your needs.

The rooms all have flat screen T.V free wifi access central heating a hospitality tray and are individually decorated with a style of their own but still with your comfort in mind. Situated on the ground floor with easy level access from the road we have a beautiful room with a king size bed which has an en-suite room with shower w.c. and wash basin.

Most of our other rooms are on the first second and third floors so if you find stairs a little difficult please ask to be placed on a lower floor or even the ground floor. We also have a self-contained room on the lower ground floor. This room is quite spacious and is fully equipped with a king sized bed and en suite shower room.

The access is separate from the main building. We are a family run guesthouse where you will receive a warm welcome and feel at home. Please ask our advice on how to get the very best from your stay in Exeter.
