Situated off the A22 between Hailsham and Uckfield, The Blacksmith's Arms in Halland is a unique and genuine Old English pub. Originally built in 1807 as two Blacksmith's Cottages the building was later converted into a Public House and named the "Blacksmith's Arms". After many renovations & additions now boasts a traditional & comfortable Public Bar with working original fireplaces 6 available rooms are En-Suite Double for single occupancy standard double En-Suite & 2 En-Suite rooms with a double bed and a single bed which can be used as twin or double rooms.
Please note that Room 7 is open plan and best suited to single occupancy. The Blacksmith's Arms also has a Function room with a capacity for 50 diners which is available for lunches evening meals Corporate & Private events. Our menu incorporates firm favourites such as Homemade Pies Fish & Chips delicious Blacksmith's Steaks.
We also offer daily specials which include Homemade Chili con Carne Soups of the Day & vegetarian and vegan options. On Sundays our Traditional Roasts with seasonal vegetables & Yorkshire puddings are available from 12pm - 8pm. All fresh produce is sourced locally.
Rooms at the Blacksmith's Arms have Flat Screen FreeView Tv's and the facilities you would expect to have at hand during your stay. Breakfast is included in the price and is prepared for you from 7:30am - 9:30am Mon.- Fri. & 8:30am - 10am Sat.
& Sun. The Blacksmith's Arms welcomes well behaved children and is dog friendly. We have a car park where your car can be safely left during your stay with us.
