Well Cottage is on the Thames Path and only two miles from the river's source and on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park which offers the opportunity to fish, sail, swim and enjoy beautiful walks.
Equestrian pursuits are well catered for in the area. The famous three day events at Badminton and Gatcombe Park are close by and Polo is played regularly throughout the summer at Cirencester Park and the Beaufort Polo Club at Westonbirt. National Hunt Racing at Cheltenham and Newbury and Flat Racing at Bath are within easy reach.
