Very close to junction 20 of the M1, A14, A5 and M6 our location is ideal for accessing Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire with Birmingham less than half hour and London easily accessible we couldn't be better placed to meet your travel needs. A family run establishment where flexibility in meeting our guests needs is paramount.We are situated at the rear of the local friendly village pub where good food and a warm welcome awaits you.

Close to the town center and on a direct bus route were an ideal place for both business and leisure travellers alike,All rooms are en suite with t.v and dvd players plus a selection of films , books and games. Irons ,bathrobes and hairdryers also available We offer an x-box and dartboard for our guests use. A secluded garden offers the chance for outdoor breakfast or a peaceful cigarette in the shelter provided.
