
Holm Oaks is a large detached bungalow offering four bedrooms all on the ground floor. We are situated between the historic Georgian town of Holt and the Poppy Line steam railway. Holt is a quaint and unique Georgian market town ideally situated for exploring North Norfolk.
The town is full of bespoke shops boutiques restaurants antiquarian and second hand book shops wine bars and bistros. Surrounded by open and wooded countryside yet within easy reach of the spectacular coast line
Holm Oaks is open all year round. The four bedrooms two double rooms and two twin rooms are all tastefully furnished and decorated offering all the usual ammenities expected Wi-Fi Internet television tea & coffeee making facillities etc. All four rooms have an entrance of their own so guests need not worry abput disturbing anyone else.
It means that guests can come and go at times that suit them. Breakfast is served in the conservatory which attracts the early morning sun and is large light and overlooks the patio area. Both the patio and conservatory can be used by the guests as either a meeting area or for recreational puposes.
The front of the property is lawned with shrub and flower borders while the back is a patio area with the use of the conservatory. There is a large private car park to the front for the guest use. We are just a short stroll from the the centre of the historic Georgian town of Holt and the Poppy Line Steam Railway offering an exciting link to the market town of Sheringham with its coastal and cliff top walks shops and reasturants.
North Norfolk has become one of the most sought after areas in the country with its beautiful countryside and breathtaking coastline. The coast boasts many facillities with vast sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells and numerous bird sancturies and R.S.B.P. owned marshes.
Sailing and golf are popular in the area with top class courses at Bancaster Sheringham and Hunstanton. The Georgian market town of Holt is ideally situated to allow guests to explore all of North Norfolk. The famous Poppy Line Steam Railway is about a ten minute walk away offering services to Kelling and the seaside resort and market town of Sheringham.
From Sheringham the coast hopper bus service runs a hop on/hop off service all the way to Hunstanton.
