Accommodation Description:

A newly rebuilt but traditional in style country pub. Excellent freshly cooked food influenced by all types of cuisine but sourced as locally as possible. Very informal style - no ties required! - comfortable friendly and homely but with high levels of service and standards.

Rooms are clean and well furnished to a high standard. 5* rating from Quality in Tourism. Perfectly placed for access to Shrewsbury, Welshpool, Telford, or the Welsh coast.

The NEW Lowfield Inn is a beautiful country pub and inn set in the heart of the Shropshire / Powys countryside in the small village of Marton. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced produce whenever possible and always have several of the best local ales on tap as well as the best wines from all over the world. Our food is best described as 'modern British' in style (although don't be surprised to see influences from other regions!) and we serve all day every day.

We aim to give you the best and friendliest service possible the highest quality food and drink but in a comfortable affordable and relaxed environment. We also have 4 en-suite bedrooms with beautiful views where you can relax after a hard day's walking fishing working or shopping in nearby Shrewsbury! Our raved about full cooked breakfast is available from 8:30 am (or our substantial continental breakfast available at any time). We look forward to seeing you soon.
