Accommodation Description:

On the outskirts of the picturesque West Sussex village of Slinfold, Magpies provides quiet comfortable pleasant accommodation. Situated in its own grounds and gardens with views over open farmland the house is built around an 18th Century Barn. Magpies has courtyards in which to relax and an outdoor swimming pool.There are currently three guest rooms all en-suites.

NB.WE HAVE DOGS. Please no children under 14. We do not have facilities for very young children.

Come and stay at our comfortable West Sussex home from which you can enjoy the many and varied attractions the area has to offer - Jane & Kevin Hogg Magpies is an interesting house the heart being an 18th Century barn around which the current house has been constructed. We are a Bed and Breakfast establishment.

We have three NON SMOKING letting rooms. Sorry no children under 14. Hambleden on the ground floor is a spacious room with space for a sitting area overlooking the garden double bed en suite shower room flat screen TV and DVD player free WiFi hospitality tray fridge hairdryer and own outside access.

Roundell on ground floor has a self contained suite of bathroom separate toilet and large bedroom with kingsize bed off a private central lobby with outside access. It has flat screen TV DVD free WiFi hospitality tray fridge hair dryer Pear Tree is a separate room in a back courtyard area with own front door and views over fields superking or twin beds en-suite shower hospitality tray TV DVD WiFi fridge hairdryer. We have two friendly Springer spaniels who will give you a noisy welcome and five hens.

Please no children under 14. The property has ample grounds including a part walled garden various courtyards and seating areas and an outdoor heated swimming pool open in the summer. (If the weather is cold the pool water is cooler) We have plenty of parking some covered.

Magpies is situated on the A29 Stane Street just on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Slinfold with its pub/restaurant church and village shop. As a specific reference to locate us Magpies shares a drive with Random Hall Hotel. The historic town of Horsham is 4 miles away with its busy market and good selection of high end retail chain shops and restaurants.

Nearby towns include Petworth Arundel Chichester and Brighton.
