Amongst the 93 acres of parkland are 260 varieties of Rhododendrons, Camellias and Azaleas which, when in bloom, present a magnificent sea of colour. Inside are 89 exquisitely furnished rooms, some with romantic four-posters, others with bubbling Jacuzzis, and wherever you turn stunning views over the South Downs.

Chef Lewis Hamblet and his team have deservedly been awarded 3 AA rosettes for their consistently impressive menus and tasty dishes.
