This monument to Richard Kemble (d. 1733 is on the south west wall of the nave. Note how the mason left lots of space for additions to the inscription,, but nothing was ever added. The inscription reads, 'Near this place lieth the body of Richard Kemble, Esq., of the Inner Temple, London, who died March 6th 1733 Aged 49 years.'
