Located within New Town Conservation Area on quiet Windsor Street. Centrally located very close to York Place Tram Terminus (direct link to Airport) and just an 8 minute walk from Princes Street (Waverley Rail Station). Panoramic views of Edinburgh from close by Calton Hill.

Enjoy staying in a mini apartment in a very centrally located yet quiet street. Our double bedded en-suite Rooms with pin code access are an easy walk from Princes Street (Waverley Rail Station) and York Place Tram Terminus (direct link to Airport). Calton Hill offering panoramic views of Edinburgh is very close by.

The thick walls enhance quietness between guest rooms. Windsor Street is astonishingly quiet being so city central. We do not offer breakfast rather we encourage you to enjoy the bountiful cuisine very close by or buy food to eat in your Room (mini supermarkets and bakers very close by).

A fridge microwave oven and coffee machine is available in the Hallway. A hospitality tray is provided in each Room (tea/coffee sugar and UHT milk) fresh milk being available in the fridge. W.H.

Playfair's signature corner style residence with it's thick walls and castle like turrets enhances quietness within and around Lantern House. We recognise the importance of sustaining the quality of cleanliness and comfort in our Guest Rooms. Street parking at weekends is free 5:30pm Friday - 8:30am Monday with free parking each evening - morning midweek. Otherwise 90p per 30 mins close by or free parking 10 mins walk away. We offer a tailor-made service providing our guests with additional assistance as requested.
