Ideally located to explore the Northern Highlands the Struan Inn is just two minutes from the A9 the main route connecting the central region of Scotland to the north. Built in 1863 this traditional stone-built inn complete with bar lounge and restaurant is full of character and is a delightful place to stay or dine.

On the doorstep you will find a host of interesting places to visit including Blair Castle, home of the Atholl Highlanders, the only private army in Europe, the quaint market town of Aberfeldy, the historic village of Dunkeld, to name but a few. For the adventure-lovers why not try your hand at white-water rafting or canyoning perhaps treat yourself to a Highland Wildlife Safari or climb Schiehallion otherwise known as 'The Fairy Hill of the Caledonians'.
For those who enjoy a slower pace there is some superb fishing available in the area and a wide selection of golf courses. For those looking to enjoy some country pursuits the Struan Inn is surrounded by sporting estates offering a wide range of activities including stag and hind stalking grouse and pheasant shooting.
