Y Talbot has been sensitively restored under new ownership to provide high quality accommodation in the picturesque market town of Tregaron, Ceredigion. Under new ownership since 2010 Y Talbot has been sensitively renovated to provide high quality hospitality and accommodation. In addition to renovating the bedrooms and public areas we have also built a superb new kitchen for our chef and team as well as landscaping the rear gardens building a new car park and bike store.It's been a massive project but our guests really appreciate it! Our sumptuous Superior bedrooms offer flexible accommodation to suit all needs- double twin or single family rooms suites and a ground floor accessible room for those with impaired mobility. All our Superior rooms come with luxury ensuite bathroom with walk in shower some rooms also have baths.
We also offer two smaller and simpler twin and single Standard rooms. Y Talbot offers our guests excellent food and drink. Head Chef Dafydd Watkin trained with Marco Pierre White and is passionate about food using the highest quality ingredients (locally sourced wherever possible) to create our contemporary Welsh menu.
