Situated in 120 acres of land, this sumptuous barn conversion, offers superb countryside views and a unique holiday experience.

If you can tear yourself away from the properties you will be close to many attractions including a variety of beaches and coves dotted along Devon’s pretty South coast. Other exciting days out can include historic Exeter, Escot Park, Bicton Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Quad World, Westpoint, Exeter Airport and visits to a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens in the area.

Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are also within short driving distance and with their square miles of natural beauty, rugged grandeur, high moorlands and sheltered valleys, are both a must-see for all the family.

Leisure facilities: located in adjacent barn, shared indoor heated swimming pool (7 x 3.5 x 1 metre depth) which is open all year round, and shared sauna (payable by small charge) that offers changing room with WC and shower.

Games rooms: shared, 2 barns, 1 offering a pool table and the other a Wendy house, toys and table tennis table. Farm activities: on site you will be welcome to watch calves being fed and cows being milked. Amenities: private off-road parking for 4 cars.

Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets. Additional info: £100 security deposit payable on arrival to owners and returned the week after the holiday.

Location: beach 9 miles, church, pub and village shop walking distance.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with hand-held shower over and WC, and 1 further double, both on the ground floor. 1 twin mezzanine with en-suite shower room with WC, and 1 single mezzanine accessed by a fixed ladder (please note this single room is only suitable for people able to climb and descend a 6ft ladder).

Additional shower room: with WC on the ground floor. Lounge: large double height room with large flatscreen SkyTV/DVD, remote control wood effect gas fire and cosy sofas. Kitchen/diner: modern area with a traditional aesthetic with electric oven and hob, microwave, Rayburn stove, Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oak table with bench seating.

Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Outside: large enclosed garden area with patio, lawn, BBQ and field views.
