Although Clachandubh started life in the 1800's as three shepherds dwellings, it is now our second largest cottage sleeping 6 guests. This traditional stone cottage is situated by an old stone bridge over the Clachandubh Burn and it has its own enclosed garden, open shed, ample parking spaces and well stocked log shed. This cottage has been completely upgraded with thick insulation, double glazed windows and oil fired central heating.
It now has two elegantly decorated twin bedrooms with wardrobes, electric blankets and hair dryers. The master bedroom has one twin/super-king bed with hot blankets and hair dryer. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and bath.
There is also a large family shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC. This cottage has a large sitting room/dining area with flat screen TV/DVD, WiFi, docking station and large open fireplace with one large full basket of logs for your use. This room has ample soft seating for all the family to relax in in front of a warm log fire.
A fully equipped new fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all equipment you would need. There is also a outside boiler room/drying room with washing machine/tumble dryer and sink. This is a truly roomy cottage for all the family and a great base to explore the rest of Argyll from.
