We are the third house on the right From North or West (A14) Eastbound Exit A1 at Alconbury on A14 towards Cambridge A14 merges into the M11 Southbound. Follow M11 to Junction 11 Exit Junction 11 onto roundabout above M11 Take 1st exit off this roundabout signposted Cambridge A1309 Then as M11 Northbound directions From A14 Westbound Take exit off A14 signposted Cambridge and Burwell Take 1st exit (A1303) off the roundabout above the A14 Carry straight on along this road straight over the first roundabout >At next roundabout take the first exit to the A1134 Straight over 1st roundabout (Sainsburys on left) Straight over 2nd roundabout Straight over 3rd roundabout This is Mowbray Road. Cancellation Deadline
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING: We use a valid credit card number and your house number and post code are required for each booking to secure a booking in case of no show or cancellation. If payment is made by credit card there is a 5% credit card surcharge. This does not apply when payment is made by Debit card, Cheque, or Cash. In the event of accommodation, which has been reserved being cancelled, or if the guest decides to leave prematurely (regardless of reasons), it is desired to draw attention to the fact that a Hotel or Guest House has the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show. For group bookings (2rooms or more), our cancellation policy is 7 Days notice prior to the day of arrival. For single bookings, our cancellation policy is two days before the day of arrival. All bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations will incur a 5% administration charge. There is a no smoking policy throughout the Guest House. All damages will be charged for and an extra charge will be incurred for cigarette smoke damage. Guest possessions are left on premises at owner’s risk. The management cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to personal possessions left on premises.
