This elegant and distinctive guesthouse was built around 1870, ideally positioned 2 minutes from the seafront and 5 minutes from town. We offer free Wi-Fi and digital TV in all rooms. Completely non smoking

We can cater for vegetarian, vegan or other dietary needs. We have three ground floor rooms and 6 first floor rooms. Free in and out car park

We have special offers available ie; 3 for 2 and discount on 7 nights or more stays.

5% discount on bookings of 7 nights or more not available in July, August. This elegant and distinctive guest house was originally built and owned by Lord Kimberly in 1870 and still retains a lot of the old charm and character. We are ideally positioned to capture the beauty of Falmouth and all it has to offer

The Redhouse has an in-and-out private car park and is situated about 2 mins walk from the seafront (Gyllyngvase and Castle Beaches) and about a 5 -7 minute walk from the town and harbour. Leave the car in the car park and explore Falmouth with all its alley ways, or enjoy a trip to St Mawes or Truro by boat. We are close to the train station, and we can pick you up from the coach stop if pre arranged

We provide front door and room keys so you can come and go as you please. Check in times are between 4 - 6pm unless otherwise arranged, check out at 10.30am

We provide a full English breakfast, including cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, grapefruit, melon, summer fruits or maybe you would like some fish; natural smoked haddock or whole kippers are served. We can cater for most other dietary needs, ie vegetarian, vegan, wheat free and gluten free. We have free Wi-Fi in all rooms and use of a PC in the lounge

Directions:
The Moor|Coach|1|Walk down towards Prince of Wales pier and then turn left into Market Street follow the road through the shops and towards the Maritime Museum on leaving the shops you come to a mini roundabout with the Maritime Museum on your left. Take Avenue Road up towards the train station go under the railway bridge and turn left into Landsdowne Road go up the road and on the right in about 200m is an alley way go to the top of the alley way and turn right we are 3rd house on the right. Truro|Road|12|Take the main A39 to Falmouth. Upon entering Falmouth follow the main A35 towards Pendennis Castle and Docks, follow the road striaght on across the traffic lights and across two roundabouts. Stay on the A39 towards the docks and on passing The Princess Pavllions on your right look out for two large trees on the left. The first entrance is just before the first tree. Falmouth Town|Train|0.2|Walk down the slope from train station and turn right under railway bridge walk up the road opposite Landsdowne Road (you are walking up behind the house). About 200m on the right there is an alley way, go up to the top and turn right you are in Melvill Road and we are the 3rd house on the right.
