A 4 minute walk from the nearest pub restaurant, 10 minutes from the town square with its wide variety of shops and restaurants. 5 minutes from Launceston Steam Railway and Launceston Golf Course. Ideally located for guests exploring Devon & Cornwall and the Tamar Valley, the Eden Project, Lands End, St Ives, Tintagel & Boscastle are all within easy distance, also the National Trust properties of Cotehele House, Lanhydrock House, Saltram House and Buckland Abbey

Bodmin Parkway Station|Train|24|Guests can be collected from the station. This will incur a charge. A30|Road|1|Follow from the A30 Launceston junction follow directions to A388 North. DO NOT TURN OFF the A388, go down the hill and go forward at the traffic lights, at the mini roundabout turn right on to Dutson Road A388 signposted Holsworthy and Bude. Go straight across at the mini roundabout by the Spar Shop continuing slowly on the A388 Holsworthy road approx 100yds , Lower Cleaverfield is on left.
